Managing Director - Griffith Foods India
P.B. Chinnappa (Sajan) has been associated with the food and beverage industry for the past 30 years. He started his career with the erstwhile Tata Tea Limited, on their plantation in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Subsequently he served with Cadbury India Limited, managing Cocoa procurement, processing and logistics and working closely with farmers in the Southern States of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.
Sajan has been with Griffith Foods since 2007. At Griffith Foods, he has managed various functions including Sales, Supply Chain and Procurement. His interests include technology, sports and education of the girl child.
Chief Technology Officer- Moolaah
Jayaram comes with over 3 decades of experience in startups and multinationals. Jayaram is the co-founder and CTO of moolaah.com a Wealth Tech platform. Prior to embarking on an entrepreneurial journey, Jayaram worked as VP in SAP Labs India for over 13 years. He is the co-author of the book “Managing Innovation from the Land of Ideas and Talent – 10-year success story of SAP Labs India”.

Sanjiv is a qualified Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the public & private sectors. His specialties include Tax and Compliances including International Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning and Strategic Finance.

Sreedhar Agnihotri has over 33 years of experience in multi-domain industries like ABB, Siemens, and Nokia. He is passionate about customer success and delight, contributing and conceptualizing new products, and developing innovative solutions.
He strongly believes in vasudhaiva kutumbakam where everyone is free of hunger.
Head – Global Key Accounts at Air India
Jitu Manghnani leads customer journeys and solutions for global Key Accounts at Air India. 17 years and counting at the Tata group, he has worked on multiple charters within the group across emerging geographies and diverse disciplines, with a track record of achieving profitable business growth.
An alum of two leading Indian institutions – MICA and SP Jain – Jitu finds comfort in decoding brands and their pursuits of differentiating in the clutter. Jitu enjoys spending his time reading, running, and participating in & contributing to morally oblique initiatives.
President & CEO, ABC International, Bangalore
Mrs. Madappa brings with her more than 40 years of work experience from various Food and Flower industries. She has both International and Internal marketing experience.
She was an Independent Director of Karuturi Global Limited, Managing Director of Triplem Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and is currently the President & CEO of ABC International, Bangalore.
She has been active in various NGO activities and has been a supporter of start-up programs. She is a member of FKCCI, AWAKE and Public Affairs Centre, Bangalore.
Bhagyalakshmi is a social development professional with over 9 years of experience in non-profit management, corporate social responsibility and in handling NGO operations. She currently works with Griffith Foods as Manager, Sustainability, where she plays a key role in building and working towards the sustainability aspirations of the organization.
In addition, she is heading the activities of Bangalore Food Bank - engaging with non-profit organizations to execute grassroots programs, employee engagement initiatives, fundraising, and program management to address issues of hunger, food wastage and malnutrition.
An engineer by training, Pramod has nearly 5 years of experience in project management and has collaborated with 12+ NGOs across India. He specializes in stakeholder management, project coordination, and implementing grassroots programs.
At Bangalore Food Bank, Pramod overlooks daily operations, ensuring the effective execution of programs aimed at reducing hunger and food wastage, while managing relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers.
He is also member of the C20 Working Group of G20, blogger and author of Shattered but Strong, and author of white papers on Education and Cultural Shifts.
Sonia Varghese Tharakan is a social work professional with background in clinical and community development.
An alumnus of Christ University, she has been associated with Bangalore Food Bank and has been handling day-to-day program development, along with coordination with non-profit partners for program execution.
Her interests vary from travelling, reading and is passionate about protection of individual’s rights, child protection and mental health.
