Sanjiv is a qualified Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the public & private sectors. His specialties include Tax and Compliances including International Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning and Strategic Finance.

Dhiren brings 31 years of multi-faceted experience in the food industry to Griffith Foods. Following an initial career as a culinarian with ITC and Taj Group of Hotels in India, Dhiren has also been a food industry entrepreneur, besides working with companies such as Future group and Puratos.
A life-long learner with degrees in Political Science, Sociology and Hospitality Management, Dhiren is an alumnus of INSEAD and has completed executive education programs at MIT and Harvard University. Dhiren is passionate about enabling children’s education, which he supports through his charitable trust.
Bhagyalakshmi is a social development professional with over 6 years of experience in the industry. She has worked in the corporate sector, managing strong NGO partnerships to execute social responsibility projects & has also been part of grassroot NGO operations. Prior to Bangalore Food Bank, she worked with BookASmile, a charity initiative of BookMyShow managing end-to-end NGO projects across India. She has also worked with United Way Mumbai in implementing community health and development initiatives in communities, government schools, colleges and managing other stakeholders.
Director – Supply Chain & Operations - India and Middle East - Griffith Foods
Sajan has over 28 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, which includes production, sourcing and backward integration. Sajan started his career with the Tata Tea, on their plantations in Southern India. Thereon he worked with Cadbury India Limited, managing Cocoa Operations, which included sourcing of Cocoa internationally, and managing the primary cocoa processing units for domestically sourced cocoa. During this time, he also played a key role in the backward integration of the crop in the Southern states of India.
Sajan has been with Griffith Foods since 2007. His interests include technology and sports and education of the girl child.
